I know sometimes as females we seem to find ourselves in a rut of a relationship. We get mistreated and dogged out. The man that we love has done us beyond wrong and doesn't respect us. In life we all have to get "a no good man" so we'll know how to appreciate "a good man" when God blesses us with one. Well all cross that obstacle of a dog. Those type of men are what they are and for some reason we as women allow them to lower our self-esteem to the point where we think that they're the best for us and that no man will ever want us because were not good enough. So what do we do? We stay with the man that mistreats us because we feel like hopefully he'll change. WRONG, he's gonna keep treating you the same way as long as your with him. He's gonna keep cheating on you, controlling you and your every move, talking down to you and making you feel like your less of a woman. Do find comfort in that ladies because your better than that all you need to do is looking in the mirror put a smile on your beautiful faces and say "I am Beautiful, I am a great woman, and I deserve better". Once you can build up the courage to tell that man that its over than you can move on with your life. One thing you don't wanna do when you kick that dog to the curb is communicate with him. Because all he'll do is try to get in your head by playing innocent and acting sympathetic by saying things like: "Baby, i'm a changed man it took you leaving me to realize what i had", or "Oh baby i need help, i dont mean to do you wrong growing up that's all i seen, i need help and i want you to be apart of it", or "Baby i didn't know what i had until you were gone i'll never do you wrong again just give me a second chance". Ladies dont fall for it all you do is wish him well and keep it moving. Now while your single take the time to re-build what that dog tore down. Go shopping, get a new hair style, pamper yourself, build your self-esteem back up, get to know you again. The worst thing to do is try to look for a new man fresh outta ya old relationship, because all he'll be is a rebound and he may catch real feelings for you and you may not be feeling him like that and you'll end up hurting him in the process. So just wait awhile before you get back into the dating scene. Now once you've built yourself back up and your feeling more confident and you start dating again make sure that you NEVER take your frustrations out on the new man, the frustrations that the old man caused. From day one be real with the new guy that your interested in. Let him know that this is your first date in however many months. weeks, or even years. If the question about ya last relationship comes up be real. Let him know that the last guy you were with did you wrong, he lowered your self-esteem, and he made you feel like no man would ever want you. Then flip it and let the new guy know that that was your past and your lookin forward towards your future, your more confident and your self-esteem is no longer under the ground. Remember ladies there are still good men out there and they are willing to love and be loved. So you may have been hurt in the past and it maybe hard for you to trust but it's all a process and if your willing to go through the process it only shows that deep down inside your willing to give love another try. "Me Time" It's Needed

Some times in life you may feel like giving up. You may feel like your all alone in a room full of people. You might feel like the world is out to get you and that nothing in the world can go right. Thats ok we all get like that sometimes. Whenever you get to that point just know that it's time to take time to yourself, basically its "me time". All you have to do is get away from everything even if you gotta turn ya phone off and leave the world behind to do so than do it. We all deserve a break from reality, and time away from stress and others)loved ones, husbands, wives, boyfriends, girlfriends etc....). People may not understand when you do so, but thats ok because your not doing it to please others, your doing it for you and you health and your state of mind. Take a mini vacation ALONE. If you gotta rent a hotel room for the weekend(i prefer one that has a spa, and a pool lol) to make yourself happy and stress free do it. As women we carry so much weight(some men also) on our backs and we have a tendency to always push ourselve Alot. But i encourage everyone to take some "me time" and get away from all that is stress and toils of life thats making you unhappy. Its theraputic and it will do you and ya heart some good. Powerful Couple #3 Tisha Campbell And Duane Martin♥

Tisha Campbell and Duane Martin are one of those couples that are put on the back burner to all these Hollywood most talked about couples. They have been together for 17yrs and married for 11yrs and in the words of Duane "i ain't going nowhere,
I will chew her a** up and swallow it before I let somebody else have her". What i love about this couple is when he proposed to her he didn't say the traditional "will you marry me" or "will you be my wife" he said "Will you be my best friend forever". It really doesn't get much better than that. For the past few years there has been rumors that they were divorced and split up. The things media does just to get a story smh. But contrary to what people thing this couple is still together ans still very much in love. The couple has survived many rumors including her husband being gay, through it all they make it work and i love that about them. The couple also has two son, The oldest name is Xen he is a child that is autistic. The couple deals with it just like anyone else would they give their son the best care and education that is needed for him but they treat him just like a normal child they don't treat him any different from their other son Ezekiel. They go on to say that having a son who is autistic makes you empathize with others, they feel that things could be worst but glad that they are not. I mean no parent wants their child to have any type of illness we all want our kids to be healthy but in the event that they are not we make the most of it be cause there is no use crying over spilled milk. The couple are active supporters and participants at many functions for Autistic children an they support it 100%. They let the rumors ride because they do not encourage or entertain the rumors. The reason i so love this couple is the same reason why i love all powerful couples, they have stand ed the tests of time and they are really and deeply in love its not just for the camera its the real thing and i love that about them, one known fact is that they hooked up my first powerful couple Will and Jada. For the way they love each other and there family life and their dedication to each other is the reason why Tisha and Duane are one of my powerful couples.

Angela Bassett and her Husband Courtney Vance are such a lovely couple. To me they are one of those couples that are forgotten about because they like to live their lives out of the limelight.
The coupke has been married for 13 yrs and they share two twin childrn(1boy 1girl). They like my last powerful couple have standed the test of time and temptations in their busy career. They are also successful actor and actress. What i love most about this couple is their commitment to one another. They are both private people(so paparazzi fall back) and they are both God fearing. Angela i look up to because i find she loves to reach out and help others less fortunate than her. She donates money and her time to many organizations for terminally ill people(I'm support the breast cancer foundation for now, when i get big time like her i wanna help terminally ill children with cancer). She takes not just herself to these events but she also takes her 2 children so that they can see it's people out her in this world that need help. She also does it so that her children learn to appreciate everything in life that they have because it is always some one out there that's worst off than you are. Courtney on the other hand is the same way. He an his wife are big supporters of the Boys & Girls club. I suggest people look into this couple they have done alot for people and they are what i can honestly call a powerful couple beside every great man is a great woman and i can use this quote on them and feel great about it. See they maybe rich and wealthy but they also know how to give back which is the reason why they are truly blesses. Not to mention Angela Bassett looks good to be 52(lol). But seriously i so look up to there marriage and i ask that god continues to bless them. before i leave i just wanna say, Be careful how you treat a stranger, because you might be entertaining an angel unaware(its in the bible).

OK so I've been absent for a few days and here's why. First off i was sick and when i say sick i mean ill. i had cough, cold, congestion, all of thee above. Then i went on vacation so i was wrapped up in that. But now i am back and i have a Lot to blog about I'm on my couples kick this week and the entry below starts it off. I have a few powerful couples to blog about then I'm back to the help of my females out there. When I'm blogging about females and helping them it's coming from my own personal experience most of the time and what i learned from it. I wanna help the next woman out there that might go through the same things i want them to be well prepared, because i know i wasn't. I'm not up here to judge anyone because who am i to judge, I'm only human just like the next person is. But I'm up here to offer advice to those in need. I wish someone was around to do it before me because it would've helped me through my rough and tough times. What needs to be realized is we as women have got to learn to stick together and not try and compete all the time. Life is too short for the bull. So I'm here to say lets get it together sisters(black and white i don't discriminate) because all we have is each other. With that said my goal is to uplift as well as educate. Powerful Couple #1 Will And Jada♥

They say beside every great man is a great woman. In this case it is so true. Will and Jada are a powerful, loving, and successful black couple. They've withstand the tests of time and they've jumped over every obstacle together. Through the limelight, this harsh society, and even with their busy careers they've made it work. I admire Will and Jada's relationship because they're able to be lovers and best friends. they kept the spark going for 13 years. Together they can be serious, professional, and goofy all at the same time. The really compliment each other and they are very family oriented. The thing that most relationships lack is the ability to make it. They let pressure and others get to them and forget to communicate with their spouse. When times get tough they wanna run out because they are scared of the What Ifs. Every relationship/marriage goes in cycles and if you want it to work you need each other. People look at Will and Jada and say "they're rich and successful of course they made it last all this time." Wrong, do you see how many rich and successful couples don't make it? It has nothing to do with what they have. There were times when their careers kept them apart for days ,weeks,months at a time but they made it work because of their love and dedication for one another. Their jobs as actor and actress is how they met in the first place, so of course they're not gonna let their jobs come between them. Its called a test people you must learn to resist temptation it can get you in a world of trouble. The reason why the men want you when you begin a new relationship is because the man that you with gave you glow, a new attitude, and, a new walk. The men all over the world can see how radiant you are. Don't allow that temptation ruin that glow. Stick with the man that gave you that glow, attitude, and walk because that temptationn will take it all away and leave you high and dry. Always choose commitment over temptation. Temptation doesn't want a commitment, temptation wants to be with you for just that moment because after you allow temptation in the glow that commitment created slowly but surely fades away, and to temptation you no longer look the same, you no longer look the way you did to them. Ok, so as of late i've been hearing alot of females saying there aren't any good men and that men are all the same that they all want one thing. Men only take what you set out for them, if your constantly flaunting your self in front of them, o course they're onlygonna want one thing. We as women have to learn how to love ourselves first, because if you don't love yourself no one else will. You have to learn how to find yourself, be confident in your ability to grow within yourself before you try to make someone else love you. You have to set limits when your searching for someone to be apart of your life. Make sure you have your priorities in check and that you have something to offer in the relationship other than your body. Know what you want in a relationship before you go looking for one, You'll end up with alot of heartbreak by setteling for less. A relationship takes work, it has stages so that it can grow.

Ladies need to understand that they must treat themselves as queens. A man will respect you if you show that you have respect for yourself. NEVER allow a man take that from you, because he can break you if he takes your self-respect from you then you'll be like putty in his hand.

The Perfect Shoes. Every diva is what i call a shoe whore lol.

Most men don't understand why women love shoes so much.

A woman with the right shoes feel like she's on top of the world. Like nothing in this world can stop her she's on the move. When woman have on the perfect shoes the are powerful. Full of fire the demand you attention. Guess what? And we get it.

See the perfect shoe can give the shortest woman height and the shortest legs length.

Heels give alot of woman confiedence that she is what men want and that the world revolves around her and her shoes.

Divas never have a dull moment, that is until nature takes its course lol.

But finding the right shoes is easy. One day what u do is walk threw a shoe store your gonna see those shoes that make you say "oh those are cute" But don't stop at that keep walking until you see those shoes that male you say "Oh My God I gotta have thoes" Thats when you know know that thoes are the perfect shoes. Its an orgasmic experiance. But from them On You'll know how to pick The perfect Shoe. Now dont get me wrong you can buy the shoes that You approach and say oooohh thoes are cute because they still make a statement. But the perfect shoe will get you jealous stares from females that on puts a better pep in your step lol. They will also get you many male admirers. What we have here is what i like to call "Carribean Diva"

Ms. Rihanna(Her Birth Name Is Up Top).

Early on before she became known she won beauty pagents, winning talent shows and all.

She was born in Barbados, St. Michael on Febuary 20, 1988.

She was signed to Def Jam Records in 2003.

Her musical influences are Beyonce, Alicia Keys And Mariah Carey.

SHe is the oldest she has 2 younger brothers.

Ok to the great stuff about her. She has been seen all over.

She lives for fashion week. Why you say? Just look at this picture of her.

From this picture alone you can tell she loves to dress-up.

She has a great sense of style and isn't afraid to let people know it.

She wears what she wants when she wants.

In this picture alone i love her outfit. Now i'm not a big fan of sequence but she is killing it what i also love is these shoes that i so could wear myself lol.

In this next picture Rihanna has on the shoes that was inspired by a african warrior. These boots had me going crazy when i saw them. I mean she dropped $12,000 Alone on these bad boys and they are so worth it.

Nothing eles has to be said these bad boys make their own statement as you can see that.

Rhianna is a world wide aartist. I respect everything about her. She's young, Talened and she is beautiful.

Now what I’m about to do is give you a few diva essentials to help you become a diva. Now like I said help. I can’t make you a diva that comes from within. Now I’ll start with the basics. A diva always has influences. People who influenced them and who they look up to. Now the purpose of my blog is showing my influence and people of inspiration. Now a diva a true diva has her ups and her downs, her good days and her bad days. But she never lets it affect her personality when she’s handling her business. When it comes to work she puts her feelings aside and does her job. A diva is kind hearted she knows when and were to do certain things. Like I said before there is a time and place for everything. Divas like myself have a soft spot in their lives and hearts for epidemics in this world. She supports some kind of cause. Like I am 100% in support of the breast cancer foundation. No i may not know anyone personally with breast cancer but so what does that mean that i cant care? No it doesn't cause i do care more than a little bit. Because you never know if someone close to you or even yourself could have a brush with a disease, any disease for that matter. I support many other causes but that’s me. What about you... Ok now other than a caring heart a diva is known for her accessories.
Now every diva when you see her always has a purse of some sort it just never fails. What’s in the purse of a diva? I'll let you inside and tell you.

Now lets start with the basics. You have you wallet of course. Cause you know a diva is shopping even when she not. So the wallet is a must cause you never know while your out you may see something real cute and say to yourself...Hmmm I wonder if they have that in my size lol. As you can tell i know this cause I do it mostly all the time lol. Now for those divas that wear make-up that’s next ya make up bag. Now u know most divas carry around these huge purses I mean it’s for a reason people lol. Now Most of my purses are clutches that’s cause I don’t wear make-up all I need is my wallet an my lipgloss. But please believe my baby has brought his wife a few big purses that will pull out and pics will be available. Aside from the make up will be ya scented lotion, Now my choice is strawberries and champagne by Victoria secrets. But a diva loves to smell her very best so she has her lotion because your lotion is like a perfume. Now I’ve carried around my perfume before but started to carry the lotion that smells just like it. It’s just as strong as the perfume and less hassle. Now I would say ya cell phone but most divas keep it within ear reach so for most of them it stays in their hand. For those divas with class such as myself we have an extra little purse on the inside of our purse. Inside of that purse we keep our products for the time my bookie dreads the most. That time of the month lol. Now most females just grab a handful of tampons/pads and just throw them inside their purse. Now I used to do that until they started making the period purse as i call it lol. But that is a must have I mean think about it. Your out at a restaurant and you know you need to change your product. How would it look if you excused yourself from the table holding a big ole pad or a tampon in ya hand? So not lady likes. So with this little purse it'll look like your going to freshen up which is true. So ladies its a must have trust me. ♥7/16/1998 Was a very hard day for me. I lost the closest person to me my dad.

Since he's been gone its been sooooo hard for me. A pain that no one Can understand. My dad was my everything i loved him with all my heart.

As i type this crying and with tears running down my face, I can't help but wish he was here. Its been such a struggle dealing with this. Next Month It'll be 10years ago Since I Lost my Bestfriend. Everyday i think about how it would be if he was still here. He would has loved all his grand kids and those to come. At times i find myself asking god why? Ok after doing her bestfriend(Tyra Banks). You know i had to do the diva herself.

Right here is my girl Kimora. I love everything about her from her attitude, to her personal style, also her knowledge of what a true diva really is. For those who know and for those who dont, she's half black, one quater korean and one quarter japanese. Her daddy is black and her momma is half korean and half japanese.

Growing up she was always known as the "Chinky Giraffe." As beautiful as she is you would have never known that at the tender age of 15 she was driving got into an accident and had to have 40 stiches in her face.

This lady has accomplished many things in her life. She has a very succesful clothing line(Baby Phat). Which might i add she has her two divalicious daughters Ming Lee And Aoki model for the childrens line(Gotta love how she's starting them off young). Now This 6Ft 4in Woman(In Heels 6ft 1in Without) Is not only an entrepenur she is an insperation to many young woman thats trying to make something out of their lives.
