"Me Time" It's Needed

Some times in life you may feel like giving up. You may feel like your all alone in a room full of people. You might feel like the world is out to get you and that nothing in the world can go right. Thats ok we all get like that sometimes. Whenever you get to that point just know that it's time to take time to yourself, basically its "me time". All you have to do is get away from everything even if you gotta turn ya phone off and leave the world behind to do so than do it. We all deserve a break from reality, and time away from stress and others)loved ones, husbands, wives, boyfriends, girlfriends etc....). People may not understand when you do so, but thats ok because your not doing it to please others, your doing it for you and you health and your state of mind. Take a mini vacation ALONE. If you gotta rent a hotel room for the weekend(i prefer one that has a spa, and a pool lol) to make yourself happy and stress free do it. As women we carry so much weight(some men also) on our backs and we have a tendency to always push ourselve Alot. But i encourage everyone to take some "me time" and get away from all that is stress and toils of life thats making you unhappy. Its theraputic and it will do you and ya heart some good.
